Overall, it's handy base for exploring Grand Rapids attractions.

I loved the property and good staff and location. The breakfast had lots of food, like hot waffles and bacon. Set close enough to expressway and restaurants, the airport in the very nice area. Moreover, I went to the lake, it's 25 minutes walk away. Late check out too...

Absolutely kind staff, super location, compact rooms. Reasonably spacious suite and super bed. Sumptuous breakfast and fantastic food. Smooth check-in and perfect customer service.

Beautifully kept hotel, the staff was absolutely amazingly helpful.

Staff was informative, pool area was nice, and breakfast was hot. Location: the hotel was short walk to restaurants, the major freeways. Plus there was a lake, within 20 minutes walk or so. I had cosy updated room. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, everything was great.

It was an excellent experience overall. The hotel was well-kept, and I loved extremely friendly staff and absolutely perfect room. The food was good and included hot waffles and bacon. Venue was fairly clean.

Excellent base for a 3-night stay. The room had central heating, a writing table and an electronic key card plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. Lucky me, I got wake up service free of charge too...

Appetising meals, lovely beds, sweet staff. It was warm and cozy room. Restaurant was amazing and fairly clean. The hotel was in a brilliant location close to freeway.

comfortable hotel, clean, super friendly staff and the beds were soft. i appreciated having 2 double beds in the room, that was nicely furnished too. the fairly quiet area was good for one night.

Everything was wonderful : staff and rooms. Btw, their manager is top! A sunny patio was the best part. There's Checkers within 15 minutes walk or so, appreciated their menu.

Everything was perfect for one night. The bed was absolutely comfy. Lake Eastbrook is not far from the hotel.

This hotel is equal to 2 stars. Hotels staff were excellent. Furthermore, I could use free Wi-Fi. Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like Denny's that was only 15 minutes' walk away.

Friendly personnel, comfortable bed. I appreciated that we had a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a work desk and an electronic key card in the room. Swimming pool was clean too.
